Purchaser is responsible for shipping/handling charges which vary depending on location. A shipping estimate can be provided upon request. Shipping to anywhere in the continental Unites States is by UPS ground (3-5 business days) unless alternate shipping is requested. Shipping outside the continental US is typically done with the US Postal Service, though alternative shipping companies may be used upon request.
For products purchased directly from us, we offer a seven day trial/return policy. The purchaser can ship the product back to us within seven days of receipt and get a full refund, minus the shipping charges. The product must be received in the same new condition that it was shipped or charges might apply. The puchaser is responsible for all shipping costs in both directions.
